This is a “how to” short essay on how to make a tester for a trust worthy person.

Normally, we came across people and we are open to them. they take notice of us in the way, we actually can never do of ourselves. If some of them come closer to us, we may disclose some of our secrets to them , not knowingly what we are doing.

Remember, we are doing this by our reflex or some intution or something based… We are not logically making a decision like that. So before telling your secrets to someone you must device a trustworthness tester.

So lets talk about what not to do first. Don’t lie to him/her. Tell him all about you only trivial things, and some important ones also. Ofcourse you dont want it to look like a drama or       something…

then start telling that the stories you told him/her were all lies. and you are not like this. now start lieing make the stories as worst as possible. If possible, so this after one day atleast.

Nothing new. Make a terrible crime story and tell him/her. give a gap atleast 2 days. then afterwards keep regular meetings and keep making fun of yourself.

Soon you will get the results.

😀

The people who Falls in the Life, knows better the meaning of it.

The People who rise after a Fall, become a strength for themselves and others.

Losing the battle is an important lesson to learn. The People who find ‘Losing’ Live Long.

Love is a strength or weakness? A strength only if you do not take something in your hand as “For your Love sake”, otherwise you dont know what love really is. Pith is that the Knowing you know you love what verses believing in the love of the thing.

A good Definition of Happiness is in wikipedia -> economics -> satisfaction -> No guaranteed!! (guaranteed only if hypothetical ) .

A state of mind for an instance in life which achieves its limits only for the first time positively, targeting human desires and needs mainly.

Akbar, the great Muslim emperor, kept Indian states united. We are at Pakistan have now four provinces only. All wants rights and all say that Punjab is having the maximum resources.

Important thing is to keep unite all of them and do justice. Any one can do that if he can make unprejudiced decisions.

I suggest following things immediately to pakistani nation.

1. Addition of political science in at intermediate level. Tell your childern what is politic and who are politicians.

2. Addition of professional work ethics at intermediate level. Tell them what interegity is, honesty is.

3. Tell people to become president of Pakistan. How to become President of Pakistan.

4. President should be responsible for holding economic growth, education growth, civic growth, social and global growth. Foremost, realizing the whole picture.

5. People we need person who is professionally president.

6. If the share is not fair enough then I m sorry Pakistan is not going to Live Long.

7. The political and economical stability should save it now. Focused Training on education, and industrial sector and their marketing.

8. People do not know where we stand, Tell them now.

started a new blog here at wordpress, about urdu poets and urdu nasr, I know that writing urdu text in urdu is difficult, as we are not used to urdu phonetic keyboard. Plus the mode of communication is more in urdu then in english.

Even the application for banks, school , offices etc are written in english.

In this area, i think we need to produce an enviroment to retain the urdu in our lives. coz if the globalisation carried on, we will need to adopt any one international language and surely can not replace urdu as an international language.

Also, i was thinking that only 35 percent of our people are educated. Rest are not even considered here. That uneducated people has another nichie and has a totally different world of life style.

Salam,

I come up with the idea of promoting the talent of poets who are young and are unknown, plus they do not get the feedback or responce to their poetry, as they should be getting. I made aliphbay.

Now, its guest book is full of Viagra links :).

Here, I had to read about the marketing stuff on the google and had to find out what the best practise should be. I think internet is the media which is mostly being utilised for the negative growht of the societies, reason being , the internet was a way to share documents, researches, technology and stuff that is tchnical oreinted.

But for the common man, this is not it is all about. Its about fun, entertainment, games, for comunication, chatting etc.

Marketing has ethics— if you follow them, they show your attitude toward your job.

I find some interesting stuff so want to share with you.

Email marketing works, but be careful Email marketing is one of the most effective ways to stay in touch with customers and prospects online. It can also be effective as a direct-marketing device. My advice to B2B marketers, in most cases, do not rent email lists, build your own. Do not rent out your list. Never spam, under any circumstances. Let email subscribers know in advance how often you will send messages and what type of content they can expect. Make messages as targeted as possible; relevancy keeps people listening.

Make your site an information resource for its target markets. Becoming a trusted resource of high quality information for your customers is of tremendous value to your business, in addition, it can help win your company free press and word-of-mouth/mouse.

Quality of content is also very important. Infact, the content on internet should be highly reliable. The information you are providing to your customer should be confirmed and authenticated. Every news /views should not be just for your amusement only, You must take it very seriously.

Every consumer directed to your site, who is not the target audience should get the impression like ’emm, this is a nice site for this…  ‘.

Mirza Asadullah Beg Khan — known to posterity as Ghalib, a `nom de plume’ he adopted in the tradition of all classical Urdu poets, was born in the city of Agra, of parents with Turkish aristocratic ancestry, probably on December 27th, 1797. As to the precise date, Imtiyaz Ali Arshi has conjectured, on the basis of Ghalib’s horoscope, that the poet might have been born a month later, in January 1798.

The death of his father and uncle during his youth left Ghalib with no male-dominant figures. He then moved to Delhi.

Ghalib’s early education has always been a matter of confusion. There are no known records of his formal education, although it was known that his circle of friends in Delhi were some of the most intelligent minds of the time.

Around 1810, he was married into a family of nobles, at the age of thirteen. He had seven children, none of whom survived (this pain has found its echo in some of Ghalib’s ghazals). There are conflicting reports regarding his relationship with his wife. She was considered to be pious, conservative and God-fearing while Ghalib was carefree, unconventional without any scruples, and arguably not very religious, in the strict sense of the word.

Ghalib was very fond of drinking and gambling (in this respect, he himself admitted he was not quite a strict “Muslim”). Gambling used to be an offence in Delhi at that time and he was even apprehended once for having indulged in it in his own backyard. Ghalib also had an affair with a courtesan who quite admired his poetry. There still exists the First Information Report filed against Ghalib in Kotwali ( “Police Station” is a more convenient term in modern (English) language), Daryaganj, New Delhi that relates his rivalry with the then Kotwal when it came to the courtesan.

Ghalib never worked as such for a livelihood but lived on either state patronage, credit or generosity of his friends. His fame came to him posthumously. He had himself remarked during his lifetime that although his age ignored his greatness, it would be recognized by later generations. History has vindicated his claim. He also is arguably the most “written about” among Urdu poets.

He died in Delhi on February 15th, 1869.

Ghalib’s closest rival was poet Zauq, tutor of Bahadur Shah Zafar II, the then emperor of India with his seat in Delhi. There are some amusing anecdotes of the competition between Ghalib and Zauq and exchange of jibes between them. However, there was mutual respect for each other’s talent. Both also admired and acknowledged the supremacy of Meer Taqi Meer, a towering figure of Urdu Poetry of 18th century. Another poet Momin, whose ghazals had a distinctly lyrical flavor, was also a famous contemporary of Ghalib.

Ghalib’s poetry
Although Ghalib wrote in Persian as well, he is more famous for his ghazals written in Urdu. It is believed he wrote most of his very popular ghazals by the age of nineteen. His ghazals, unlike those of Meer Taqi Meer, contain highly Persianized Urdu, and are therefore not easily understood or appreciated by a vast majority of people without some extra effort. Before Ghalib, ghazal was primarily an expression of anguished love but he expressed philosophy, the travails of life and many such subjects, thus vastly expanding the scope of ghazal. This, together with his many masterpieces, will forever remain his paramount contribution to Urdu Poetry and Literature.

In keeping with the conventions of the classical ghazal, in most of Ghalib’s verses, the identity and the gender of the beloved is indeterminate. The beloved could be a beautiful woman, or a beautiful boy, or even God. As the renowned critic/poet/writer Shamsur Rahman Faruqui explains, since the convention of having the “idea” of a lover or beloved instead of an actual lover/beloved freed the poet-protagonist-lover from the demands of “realism”, love poetry in Urdu from the last quarter of the seventeenth century onwards consists mostly of “poems about love” and not “love poems” in the Western sense of the term. Ghalib’s poetry is a fine illustration of this. Ghalib also excels in deeply introspective and philosophical verses.

The first complete English translation of Ghalib’s love poems (ghazals) was written by Dr. Sarfaraz K. Niazi(http://www.ghalib.org) and published by Rupa & Co in India and Ferozsons in Pakistan. The title of this book is Love Sonnets of Ghalib and it contains complete roman transliteration, explication and an extensive lexicon.

His Letters
Not only Urdu poetry but the prose is also indebted to Mirza Ghalib. His letters gave foundation to easy and popular Urdu. Before Ghalib, letter writing in Urdu was highly ornamental. He made his letters “talk” by using words and sentences as if he were conversing with the reader. According to him “sau kos say ba-zabaan-e-qalam baatein kiya karo aur hijr mein visaal kay ma-zay liya karo” [ from hundred of miles talk with the tongue of the pen and enjoy the joy of meeting even when you are separated] His letters were very informal, some times he would just write the name of the person and start the letter. He himself was very humorous and also made his letter very interesting. He said “main koshish karta hoon keh koi aisi baat likhoon jo pa-rhay khoosh ho jaaye” [ I want to write the lines that whoever reads those should enjoy it] When the third wife of one of his friends died, he wrote… “Allah allah aik woh log hain jo teen teen dafah iss qaid say chhoot chu-kain hain aur aik hum hain keh aik ag-lay pachas baras say jo phansi ka phanda ga-lay mein parha hai to nah phanda hi tut-ta hai nah dum hi nikalta hai” [Allah Allah, there are some among us who have been freed from this prison three times and I have for the past 50 years this rope around my neck; neither this rope breaks nor it takes my life] Some scholars says that Ghalib would have the same place in Urdu literature if only on the basis of his letters. They have been beautifully translated into English by Ralph Russell, The Oxford Ghalib.

the gas line was cut, the meter was taken off, we took the bill and the notice and went to the sui nothern office, there were still on the manual systems, poeple use computers and then lock them in cupboard .. funny… Stealing normal in this country…

We approached a person outside , he was very bolstering about himself and was saying that he can do that task .. but he wasted our time, the other guy with me was a retired post head master, he got the a friends reference, that key worked out. All the documentation was done, and all the fee charges were paid.

Now, it has to be someone who should come and actually put the meter in place, and someone to order that to somebody.

The signatory authority was to that Mr. Mian F, The good guy, three of us begged to him, but he said he cant the office is closed. we went off, the post master stayed there, sometime later he joined us too

We set for our prayers, our man told us that he has begged for his white beard, the guy is nice, he promissed me to give the guy to place the meter. and he did.

I m thankful to Allah, that he had given me chance to learn that i still had to understand.

1. Dont take Tension. If you took tension, It may rise your blood pressure, lower your sugar level and you may have a heart stroke.

2. Dont run or try to run. Please be calm and let other people run. If you follow them, then death would be quite tough.

3. Dont think what to do now. Nothing can be done. You have done, what you have done till some moments ago.

4. Repent, if and only if, Your heart tells you, you should. Otherwise its too late now.

5. Lastly, Wait and See, wait n see, wait n see…..

6. If you agree with above points, then you can feel what i m feeling right now. and if you dont then its a good post.

Probably, in 2008, we will have our Phd resources back form their education. If the utilisation is not done in the proper manner.

We will loose control on the sector.
